Services Provided
Hatfield is providing Environmental Services to the Project Team during the Project planning, permitting, and procurement phases. Permitting includes applications for Department of Fisheries and Oceans Request for Review and Authorization, Transport Canada Navigable Waters Approval, Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resources & Rural Development Section 11 Water Act Approval, and a Temporary Access Permit and Dike Maintenance Act Approval. To accompany these permit applications, Hatfield also completed a desktop review of fisheries, wildlife, and vegetation in the proposed bridge footprint area. Hatfield will also be providing the Independent Environmental Monitoring role once construction begins in 2021.
